I bought 2 refurbished phones from Phonebot. Both are working well and the exterior finish / scratches were as advertised. The only disappointment is that both android phones came with Lightning plug charging cables (for apple phones) instead of the USB-C charging cables that was required and that I expected would be supplied. I assuming this was just a mixup, but if it had only been one of the phones, it wouldn't have mattered. It meant that I couldn't charge either phone until I obtained another cable. Otherwise, I'm happy with the phones. ---- After speaking with the customer service after this review was posted, they've agreed to send me the missing cables and improve their quality control. So I'm increasing their rating to reflect this statement by them. Another observation: Selecting an "anonymous" review may only prevent your name being listed on the web site, but may not prevent unexpected communication.
