My Samsung Gs10e in flamingo pink looks immaculate, pristine but I haven't used it yet. I asked a lot of questions prior to and just after purchase to clarify the description ratings of refurb phones and staff fairly quickly and faithfully responded although some gave more informed answers than others! There are a number of methods available to contact Phonebot. I paid more for the phone I wanted from Phonebot because I didn't find any worrying feedback about the company. I feel assured that customer support is available should I require it for any reason.
