Product came not working.
Customer service has so far been slow.
I'll change my review when a fair solution is made. A replacement is preferable.
Edit- PhoneBot has recalled my product and has contacted me to choose a different product from their website and may also provide a discount on the new product I choose.
I will change this review to 5 stars when I get a working product of my choice.

First and last time I buy anything here.
I'm sure if you purchase a product that functions as it is suppose to when you receive it, you should be okay.. the product came at an expected time. And if it connected to my phone I would have been a happy and satisfied customer.
But if you receive a product that does not connect to your phone, and you need to go through a returns process, I hope you don't have to. I understand you believe everything went flawlessly with your management of the returned product, but I beg to differ. Although the experience could have been worse, I personally feel that the customer support can be improved in regards to communication and speed. It took roughly 2 weeks to have them request to return the product, after sending videos proving the product is not connecting to my phone. I followed every instruction, and was willing to pay an extra amount to recieve a different product that works.
PhoneBot requested that I send a link of the product I want, they requested the colour i prefer on the new product, and they sent an invoice with the extra cost to pay the difference of the new product(this invoice had a 15 dollar discount added to it, and I thought it was a nice gesture to make things better). *We agreed that once the audit on the returned product was complete, that all I had to do was pay the invoice (which had a 15 dollar discount included) and the new product will be sent to me.* I was feeling impatient enough already, but i was willing to go through the process and hope for a better outcome.
I then receive a call and an email saying my original payment was refunded and the extra invoice to be paid was cancelled. I now have to wait 3 days for the money to come back to me, pay for the new product through the link I was told to send to them, and then be given a 15 dollar discount AFTER I make the full payment. At this point, I personally didn't enjoy dealing with PhoneBot and feel things could have been resolved more efficiently and effectively.
If i didn't have the manager talk to me over the phone, I'd give 1 star. His patience in trying to rectify my dissatisfaction was honorable (aside from when he basically demanded that I change my review), But not enough to get me to purchase with them again.
Am I over-reacting? Perhaps. But all I wanted was a pair of working ear buds, and I'm not happy that just about 4 weeks later that I am worse off than square one (wasted my time, the original agreement was changed, a slow emails service IMO(excluding delivery times), and now i need to wait at least 3 days for the refund to come back to the account which I originally made the payment with, which has had its card details changed. I hope the payment still comes through hassle-free and doesn't get bounced back - It Would have been nice if they called me before they made this decision.)
But all in all, I am happy staying at square one than to deal with you again.
And do not call me to *demand* that I change my review, like last time. I am entitled to express my experience. Do not tell me "do not post a review" like you said over the phone with me. I have never had a company say this to me before.
I've given 2 stars because overall I am not pleased.
If the money bounces back in 3 days, I will change it to 1 star.
I'm done running in circles and back and forth emailing.
You do not need to hold the same perspective as me Phonebot, but this is my review and perspective, not yours.
