It's easy to write a good review when everything is running smoothly. But when things get tricky, that's when customer service really matters.
I had an intermittent problem with a refurbished iPhone 12 I'd picked up the day before. Apple identified the problem as a module failure- something that wouldn't have been picked up if it was checked when the module was working properly.
It still had Apple warranty, but the "geniuses" at an authorised Apple repairer (I won't name) gave me the run around. I brought it back to Phonebot- and the manager took over and was super-helpful, offering a number of different options until I found one that worked best for me.
The phone is on it's way back to Apple for repair/replacement and I have a loaner until it returns.
I wouldn't hesitate in buying again from Phonebot and I have already recommended them to some of my friends.
