Purchased an iPad from them. Came damaged . I returned it to them and asked for either exchange or refund. I did not get any response from them for a week. Then their manager called me. Nicest retailer I have ever talked to. The first thing he said before even listening to me was I know m at fault, it was pure miscommunication within my staff, I apologise, tell me what you want to get done. I had 5 min worth of conversation with him and he took my stress away. Within the next week he made a refund. So thank you for just not running the business but also understanding the customers.
Also he just not only returned my money back but also paid the return postage of iPad.
