Efficient, quick and good to deal with on the purchase. Replied promptly to a few queries we had. Watch was fine, unmarked and works as expected, so very happy with it. I had issues that the charger was unable to be used as we had no USB-C points, and would have liked a more universal USB charger. They would not hear that it was a problem, so had added cost to get something that would charge the watch. Apart from that it was a good buy
