If you wish to see the'refurbished' phone you are purchasing rather than buy unseen from the internet, I recommend Phonebot. After water damaging my Iphone 6 Plus, I desperately needed a replacement. The internet offered options, but because of previously being deceived on the web, I decided this time I wanted to see what I was going to purchase. Syd greeted me and after telling him what I wanted, he went out back and returned with an Iphone 7 Plus and an Iphone 6s Plus. Both were in excellent condition and prices were considerably apart, enabling cost to be a significant factor in my end choice. Phonebot offer a 7 day return and a 6 month warranty. Before departing the store, I suggest you ask them to check the battery life and they will replace it, if it is under 90% or thereabouts. They won't check it however, unless you ask them to check. When I got my phone home I discovered I could not hear incoming calls. I rang and made contact with Syd who said they would immediately replace the speaker, however, he asked that I try a clean out of the hearing slot, and told me how to do that. This fixed the problem and all is well. I have confidence that you will find a phone you are looking for at Phonebot and that they will honour their commitments to make sure it is in as good a working order as possible on purchase and then through the 6 months of warranty.
