Where do I Start.
Communication regarding your requirements after-sale need to be mentioned at the point of sale. The fact the 5 days after my purchase I had to chase Phone Bot and then be told about the provision of proof of who I am is not acceptable. The fact that now I need to chase a refund is unacceptable. All you need to de is tell people at the beginning.
Unless it is a legal requirement I will not provide copies of licenses, bank statements or card details for exact same reason of fraud.
