Very happy with the phone and the general approach to customer service. While I was in the shop another customer was given what I felt was a good honest appraisal of the expensive situation she had with a broken recent model ipad screen (expensive to replace sompared to earlier versions) and as it happened that was not going to lead to an immediate sale, so full marks to the phonebot representative. Goodwill towards phonebot was however generated all round.
