I purchased a phone and paid express post, the phone ended up going to WA while it was supposed to be delivered in Sydney. Upon lodging inquiry with Auspost they confirmed it was auspost mistake and they will be redirecting the parcel. As a small business these guys cant do anything more. I've purchased from this business before and i will do so again. I'd rather see my hard earned $$$ goes to a local small business then to companies like Apple who pay nothing in local tax.
