Pick and Pay Southdowns is probably the worst Pick and Pay you can get. The prices of items on the shelves and those rung up on the till are never the same. You have to check your till slip every time ,and it's guaranteed that there will be a mistake. For example today I bought a namaqua 3l merlot and 3l cabernet sauvignon. The price on the shelf was R150 each. Price charged at the till R174.99. On 2 items pick and pay is stealing R50 from an unsuspecting customer. To try and get your money back is a mission, wastes at least 30 minutes of your time. This is not something out of the ordinary, it's a daily occurrence and nothing gets done. I think it's time to close pick and pay southdowns, maybe it's time for Checkers to move in.
