I ordered from pink cherry November 29th of 2021 for the 1st time. Around December 9th I get a text message saying DELIVERED. We look everywhere including asking neighbors and nothing. I contact Pink Cherry and they LITERALLY told me to wait 10 entire business days for their lost package investigation. At this point I am livid. Mind you a weekend was coming up which already was placing me in the WAIT EVEN LONGER window. 10 days regardless would have taken me into a weekend one way or another so now I'm angrier. So 13 days go by including the weekend and I reach out again explaining no package arrived and that I wanted a refund. The rep literally asks me "WOULD YOU PREFER A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND? WE WILL MOVE FORWARD WHEN WE HEAR BACK FROM YOU." So am I crazy or did I not ALREADY say U wanted a refund? Why are they asking me a question that was already answered? Which shows how much attention they pay or if they even read the entire message. I then say "I DID ALREADY SAY I WANT A REFUND. THANK YOU!" So they reply saying "WE HAVE REFUNDED YOU FOR ORDER such & such BUT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 8 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR FUNDS TO DEPOSIT BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT." So not only did I have to wait 13 days to request a refund but then another 8 more which include a weekend so technically 11 more days?
This company is absurd and flat out has no respect for buying customers. Their ratings overall make sense now at 3. Something stars. If it were up to solely me, They'd have no stars.
Never again and don't recommend at all.
