I purchased an item from Pink Cherry. The item would not work. I sent them an email and they sent me directions telling me how to get it to work, such as switch the batteries blah blah blah. The vibrator worked, the tongue movement worked, the sucking did not. Eventually they told me to send it back. To my surprise the return shipping, $14.00 was at my cost. That is not appropriate to expect a customer to pay for return shipping when the item is within the thirty day time period and was received broken. Furthermore, when you email them they get back to you within a couple of hours. When I emailed them concerning my concern of asking a customer to pay shipping they ignored me. This is the first time purchasing from them. I did not bother using any coupons or discount codes. I will not purchase from Pink Cherry again.
