I can't relate to the negative reviews here. Pinkcherry (California) has good customer service. They respond to my emails within minutes! Actually a superb response time. Customer service worked with me when I told them the problems with my delivery. They offered to replace all my items when the shipper failed to deliver them. At this point, I am waiting another week to see if my package will be delivered. But the fact they offered to resend all the items made me write a positive review. I will update the review if anything changes but so far I feel good about PinkCherry Ca.
