Their great prices are what drew me to this site. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, they refuse to help, citing they can't accept returns due to safety concerns. In spite of never using the item, they won't allow me to return it. So, now they have my hard-earned money and I'm stuck with an item that I have to learn to like. They won't even let you have a store credit if you're unsatisfied. Basically, if you're unhappy with an item, it's your problem. As a seller myself, I really don't like this.
