From the first of many times I've called PLC, I have received nothing but outstanding customer service from a young lady who is both patient and knowledgeable. While I do weld as a hobby, I am not in the profession, so I use some products differently than they are intended. I live on and love the beaches of South Texas, where we have significant wind. I have recently purchased 2-8' and 1-10' PLC Welding Umbrellas. They arrived on time and in excellent working order, and I can't wait to get them set up at the shore and see them in action.
