Me and some friends went to our local Pizza Express in Richmond, and we are always happy at the service they provide. Today though was another matter. After ordering our food, and receiving our starters, we waited 40 minutes with no mains. It got to the point where we had to leave, as our lunch hour was finished, and only then did the staff come out with our pizzas, which we could not eat as there was no time. There was no apology for the wait, and the service was poor. It ruined our lunch and has made us think twice about going there again.
