“Couldn't have had more helpful staff at Pizza Express at London Bridge when I went with my 1 year old daughter. They helped carry the buggy down the steps and were very friendly and helpful throughout the meal.”
“Me and some friends went to our local Pizza Express in Richmond, and we are always happy at the service they provide. Today though was another matter. After ordering our food, and receiving our starters, we waited 40 minutes with no mains. It got to the point where we had to leave, as our lunch hour was finished, and only then did the staff come out with our pizzas, which we could not eat as there was no time. There was no apology for the wait, and the service was poor. It ruined our lunch and has made us think twice about going there again.”
