I currently have 4 phones trying to call into the store to try and place a phone order. I have been trying since 7pm. it has been exactly 42 minutes. not only do they NOT answer their phones, They answer, and then put you back on hold. in case you are wondering, the dry rub is not available in all locations. I have heard that over 262 times. If you want a reason for someone to LEAVE the Pizza Hut Family, THIS is the best way to do it. I am about to order from an exceptionally expensive pizza place that is a block away from my apartment. THIS IS REDICULOUS. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! now it's 50 minutes. I am so disgusted by this. HOW are we supposed to follow covid restrictions if when we arrive onsite, we cannot even get a hold of the store to go in. To say this is infuriating is a MASSIVE understatement. Please just answer your phones.
