I Sat in the parking lot 55 additional minutes and watch a young man try to give my pizzas to 3 different vehicles 2 of which were In the drive thru!
( I know Makes no sense to me either) i finally go inside and then back outside to to get my pizzas off my hood and leave, After 2 trips thru drive thru only to be told it's gonna be another 5-7 minutes TWICE!! The young lady blames the young man for not taking order and putting it in the oven, THE young man blames the customers for bringing to much business so in the end of this expierence i have to cold pizzas, I'm an hour an 15 minutes late an out $32 bucs for the above,
Hopefully by Monday Pizza Hut will have resolved this disaster an I'll post the result, Billy”
“I returned my order twice today and the thin crust was hard to hard to eat. I was so disappointed. Don't leave the pizza in so long I want pizza not a brick pizza and be more professional about when the customer wants to return it not argue with them. Very disappointed 😞 😔”

“Well, Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza until they change their crust. I have eight at Pizza Hut all my life and I am 59 years old. I just bought some pizza for the first time in a while from Pizza Hut and It was like I was chewing cardboard when I ordered my favorite, which is thin crust.
