Delivery was definitely unacceptable in Summerwood onApril 30. I was told it would be 1 hr. After an hr. I received a text that the order was cancelled or modified and I could call to see which one. Upon calling I was told they didn’t have anyone there to deliver until now and they had already left. They should have text earlier and the order was not warm. I called to express disappointment and the person hung up the phone before I could finish. I was not being rude. There was no reason to abruptly hang up.
