Completed their survey which promised a BOGOF code upon completion. Code did not materialise. Checked with pizza hut customer service who advised they are aware of internal issue where codes are not automating but given I completed the survey in April there's nothing they can do to assist. Given, they're already aware of on on-going issue surely they should be more vigilant and take further steps to ensure vouchers are issued, as you agree to upon completion of the survey. Pizza hut have wasted my time initially, when completing the survey which has proved fruitless, and, now, having to go back and fourth with customer services for a voucher that they should have issued from the beginning. There a better pizza establishments out there. Pizza hut is only value for money when they offer buy one get one free promotion, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
