I ordered a pizza last Sat 7/6/24 the woman answering the phone since the website didn't work I had to call, she was not familiar with their pizzas, I ordered a tastemaker from their online ad, she said that she'd never heard of it?? So finally go down to order it, she said 15 minutes it would be ready for me to pick up. As I pulled in to park ONE man was leaving with an order, NO CUSTOMERS inside when I went in, and she said my pizza was ready, asked her how long...."15 minutes" so after the 20 minutes or so AFTER I ordered it they hadn't started it her excuse "we've been busy" what a freaking joke, I refused to sit there for 15 minutes as I was walking out another customer was walking in. So 3 customers in about 5 mins is too busy for them? I will find another pizza place this isn't the first time they've messed up MY dinner. Will be the last time!
