The customer service was horrible and the manager yelled at the woman I was with because she asked why do you have to pay before we get our food instead of explaining it more professionally. We were eating inside no one came over to assist or anything and the employee was very rude as well. No ice and only bottle drinks. Opelika Al needs to be retrained on customer service for sure.
