Order # 3240901121707001302014235. The order was totally wrong. The only thing right was the meat. No extra cheese and not extra crispy.
I realized the cheese as I picked up at drive thru and honked my horn long enough to finally get an off duty associate to open the window. Was told they couldn’t add cheese at that point. I then ask for credit toward my $26 pizza which they indicated would do. Well, my credit card was charged and when I checked my app there was no credit there.
I understand why they’re rated 2 star now.
