I recently received a WhatsApp message from Pizza Hut offering a flat 50% discount on orders above 500 INR with a special voucher code. Excited to use this offer, I went to the Pizza Hut Cortical branch, but the staff informed me that I couldn’t use the discount there. Undeterred, I tried to place an order through the app instead, but the voucher code didn’t work online either. I ended up paying the full amount due to what seems to be a technical error or misleading promotion. This was incredibly frustrating. I went out of my way to avail the offer only to be denied both in-store and on the app. Pizza Hut should not promote offers that don’t work and mislead customers in this way. This experience has left me disappointed, and I feel like I wasted my time and money.
