I ordered 7 pizzas for our team for our inventory day. When they were delivered, I was shorted 1 pizza. I called the store and they stated they couldn't issue me a refund, but they would reach out to their DM and have their DM issue a credit. Since then, I have contacted their customer service dept. 5x about this credit. At this point, it's not about the money so much as their customer service is horrible. I will NEVER go back to this company if this is how they treat their customers.
