I visited the Roanoke, Texas store recently and had a bit of a situation with the service. I mentioned that to the manager, Robert Johnson. He jumped into action and took care of the problem and turned my whole dining experience around. His action changed my day and made me very happy. He went way over and above my expectations and I appreciated that. His pizza's are always the best too.
