Placed an order for pick up. Coupon not honored and manger did not seem to know much about national promotion and the pricing of what else I wanted, since there were no menus with pricing. The store was not busy and it took over 25 min for my order. I had to ask for my order, and was told that they were busy. 2 other customers were waiting shaking their heads with a tone of disappointment. I myself spent 25 years with Pizza Hut as a successful GM. To share my experience in the form of feedback is not easy because it is so sad. I’m not trying to throw anyone under the bus, but only to say that there was definitely a lack of training and motivation going on in my and others experience.
