This is our 2nd season, and 3rd order with Play It Koi. We could not be happier with the plants we've received, and we attribute our overall success in our pond to the high quality of the plants we've received from y'all.
With that said, each time we ordered, we were not given a notification that our products had been shipped or when we would actually receive them.
