Derek went above and beyond to help evaluate why a new pond filter part I ordered from Play it Koi wasn't fitting to the existing filter. He called the manufacturer to brainstorm ideas, then called me on a hunch that turned out to be the solution. He rose to the challenge and solved it quickly.
Otherwise ordering from Play it Koi was easy, the parts were delivered on time, and I will use them in the future for my arden pond needs.
