Play it Koi is really great to deal with. The UVB light is superior quality, definitely the best I have ever seen. My only issue is with the shipping. I don’t like the fact it sits for about a week before being shipped out after a label has been created, therefore taking twice as long to get to me. I’m not sure if that’s maybe a problem with the shipping company and not Play It Koi. I would definitely buy products from them in the future, just remember to expect delivery delays.
