I would have given a 5 star review since nearly everything was perfect, from communication to delivery. Additionally, a discount adjustment was applied for being a first time customer, which was greatly appreciated. The packaging was outstanding, too. The reason for the 4 star review was due to the water hyacinth's quality/size. It's early in the season so I understand that the size might be smaller. They grow quickly in our koi pond of 22,000 gal. so we'll see how these do. The roots came off with little resistance when carefully separating them. That was a concern. The irises look great. I've already potted them up & excited for them to bloom.
