My first experience with Play It Koi has been absolutely 10/10 across the board! Not only do they carry all the products I was looking for to help my koi - including harder to find products - but they shipped the next day! Their prices are great and it also saves money and hassle to be able to buy from one site versus multiple stores with multiple shipping charges. But the very best part for me has been the customer service! When one of my packages was lost by the shipper, they understood the urgency and were amazing in making sure I got what I needed quickly, which can make the difference between saving or losing precious and/or expensive koi! Thanks to them, I hope to keep hand-feeding my finned friends for a long time! Highly recommend!!
