Hello Ben Being a small business owner myself, I appreciate you reaching out like this it means a lot. The liner has arrived and is in a box in my barn near laurelville Ohio. I have the whole Doug it’s going to be about a 4000 gallon pond with a memory garden surrounding it. We lost both of my parents last year in April and May respectively. My dad loved his little Koi pond at our home. I can’t really comment on the quality though. I’m sure it will be fine and if it wasn’t, I know you would make it right I researched you thoroughly and your tightknit family and obvious focus on customer satisfaction is what made me come to you price was secondary. I can’t wait to get going, hopefully this Sunday, and install my pond liner and see how it goes! I will try to let you know how it came out Thanks again Randy Darst
