Rhizomes arrived on time, very well protected, packaged and in perfect shape. Very healthy rooted rhizomes, better than expected.
I unpacked them as soon as they arrived and to my pleasant surprise I received more rhizomes than I ordered. I immediately placed them in water as instructed and got them ready for planting.
Hedychium coronarium aka “Mariposa” (butterfly) is the national flower of Cuba my birthplace. I can’t wait to see them bloom and enjoy their fragrance reminiscent of my beautiful Caribbean Island.
