I have been PlayItKoi's customer for over three years. I stumbled onto their website accidentally and was impressed by the selection of brands and great prices. At the time, I was only digging my pond but I had an eye for a GC Tek AlphaNano filter assembly. Fast forward to the present day, I ordered the filter, the PerformancePro Artesian2 High Flow Pump, and a bunch of other stuff. The delivery of all items was fast and the products arrived safe and sound. Upon installation, all components functioned great. This is when I would probably stop and recommend this online store to everyone who is on the market for any pond components. However, it is not the end of the story. I had to replace a 2" pipe outgoing from the pump to the filter from schedule 40 to 80 due to high-pressure concerns. After that, in about a week or two the pump started to have trouble priming itself after an overnight shutdown. No leaks in any union couplings were detected by me as well as all check valves were clean from debris. In my quest to figure out what was going on, I wrote to PlayItKoi. I got a quick response from Ben within a couple of hours with a list of suggestions on how to troubleshoot air leaks in my system. My problem was resolved! I am very grateful to PlayItKoi for having my back not only at the time of making orders but what is more important for offering help when it is most needed. So fret not, Ben and his company will take care of you at all steps in between and after.
