My ponds have developed a sludge or algae problem late this season that came about suddenly (I suspect our crazy weather had something to do with it). Having ordered from Play It Koi before (an out of state business from me), and at my wit's end for lack of a solution, I contacted them through email and telephone. They worked with me spitballing and trouble-shooting solutions and giving recommendations, without ever being stingy with their time and knowledge. I am still dealing with this problem, but conditions are vastly improved after going with their recommendations. Customer service seems to be a lost art, but not with these guys.
