I have used Play it Koi for years for my koi pond supplies, and have never had an issue with any of it. But my recent order had a few. Stressed out on the fact that my relatively pricey order ($350) was damaged and anticipating push back from PIK, I reluctantly called them. Only to be greeted by the most pleasant, friendly and personable individual I’ve dealt with in a long time. Kristen M. was amazing! She was quick to put my worries at ease and right away made me trust that PIK would fix the issues. She was quick to respond to correspondence and got me the replacement parts I needed quicker than a rat eyed snake can whip a yarn. Jeremy K
