I ordered equipement anad replacement parts for my pond filter system. Everything arrived promptly, and as advertised. BTW< the price was the best, as well. Ultimately, my UV bulb burned out prematurealy. I contacted Kristen, in Cust Service and she immediately submitted for warranty. I could not ahve asked for better service, and wil definitely be ordering any future needs from them
