I’ve been with Plico for three months now and “so far so good.” There was no hassle when dealing with them right from the start. Everything was explained and clear. I’ve had two issues with the Alpha batteries one was when they had a global maintenance done a month ago (issue was a system error displayed on the battery) and just recenly when alpha ess decided to upgrade the monitoring platform again. The issue was failure of battery to charge from the grid. Both issues where resolved with Plico’s support system and had been resolved in less than 24 hours.
