I called to inquire about an order that I assumed went through, although I could not find an email of confirmation in my Inbox. When I called customer service today at 11:38am PST, "DeeAnn" responded and quickly found my order, reassuring me that it was on its way and then she also resent the original email that I had not received in order to confirm.
