We had an order that had been cancelled over the phone that didn't get cancelled in their system. The first time I called, the individual stated she could not help me. I called back and spoke to Grace and let her know the situation. She told me she would work on it for me and she called later in the day and had been able to get this order cancelled and the money refunded to our card. We are more than grateful for Grace's tenacity in helping us with our situation.
