I ordered several items that were out of stock and needed to be ordered from the manufacturer (6-8 week lead time). However, later I noticed there were some in stock in one of the local warehouses. I called and within minutes, one of the representatives (Ann Diaresco) was able to update my order to be shipped from the local warehouse (in 5-7 days) – at no extra cost! Great company, smooth experience overall, and prices were unbeatable.
