I Patricia Frash is actually a returning customer from August of 2019. The customer service I received in August was excellent. This why I am returning to buy the same product for my house in California. I had brought two in August of 2019 for my sister in Henderson, NV. She is very happy with her Watco innovator push pull Oil-Rubber Bronze Trim Kit. I can wait to receive mine. I have received the same excellent customer as I did in 2019, very professional, knowledgeable and caring for customers' purchases with delay of products and items on backorder. Customer has been great with Communication through email and staying on top of delays from MFG and keeping me up with updated.
