Ms. Crislen who assisted my query was quite prompt to respond, and was able to arrange immediate despatch of 1 order, which is out of the 2 outstanding orders.
Though the commitment from Plumberstock was not pleasing, as the payments for both orders have been done a year ago, and I had been following up with the Customer support team vigoursly.
I would really appreciate Plumberstock to ship the 2nd order, as early as possible as the demand will be for 8 sets on me very soon.
