I called on February 28 to inquire about my order for 3 Colony Pro bathroom faucets which I had ordered on February 4. Bernard was very courteous and helpful in checking on the status of the order. He explained that the faucets were on backorder and would probably arrive in April. At that point, I asked if I could cancel the order due to the delays. He quickly responded to my request and cancelled the order. An email acknowledgment of the cancellation was received immediately after my call. I couldn't have expected better service.
