Our toilet arrived broken. I took a photo of it and Plumbers Stock was very good about refunding our money. Jake made an excellent follow up call to me which I really appreciated. Customer Service was terrific.
They did ask me to keep broken toilet for 30 days, in case shipper wanted to see it. Alas, our contractor took it to the dump. There was nowhere for us to store and we just couldn't keep it on our front porch any longer.
