This is a follow up on a report yesterday of a satisfactory call to Jake about the order status of a medicine cabinet. It arrived when he said it would (about 9 days after placing the order) in excellent condition. Jake was very helpful, but I might mention that I don't know why the automatic email reply to my order said that there would be a 1 month lead time, and said an email would be sent when the order shipped. I didn't get that email saying the order was shipped. I did get another email from Zendesk asking whether I was satisfied with customer service or not. Nothing much happened when I clicked on yes I was satisfied, so I clicked on no, I wasn't satisfied. It then went into a loop trying the verify I wasn't a robot and I could not leave a message.
