I was very pleased with the customer service at Plumberstock. Jake was very responsive to my emails and extremely courteous and I appreciated that. I ended up cancelling my order due to the fact that I found the missing part at my house and no longer needed to purchase it. Jake confirmed my cancellation promptly and seamlessly. I would definitely use Plumberstock again just based on the customer service that I received.
